Our Founder
Crafting Landscapes with Integrity: Meet Joe Fertal
Joe Fertal, the driving force behind Cascades Landscaping, believes that true craftsmanship is built on a foundation of integrity. He brings this philosophy to every project, ensuring that each installation is executed with precision, care, and a deep respect for the client’s vision.
When he’s not meticulously crafting landscapes, Joe can be found pursuing his other passions: snowboarding, fly fishing, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. These pursuits reflect his appreciation for detail, balance, and the natural world, qualities that are evident in his work at Cascades Landscaping.

Harry Goodall
Equipment, Maintenance, and Operations Manager
I am an operations leader built on a foundation of hard work, efficiency, and reliability. With a unique professional background spanning the technical demands of Construction and the high-compliance environment of Residential Home Care, I specialize in ensuring that critical infrastructure and equipment never fail those who depend on them.
I believe in a "measure twice, cut once" philosophy—both in managing complex maintenance schedules and in my personal life. An avid outdoorsman, I spend my time boating, hunting, and fishing. I find that the discipline required for shooting sports mirrors my professional approach: stay focused, stay precise, and always be the most reliable person in the room
